By refining the customer journey of the Celsius Doors website we have ensured easy access to relevant information about their services and products. Laura Tickner and Celsius Doors collaborated to create the original website design, which B&Co. then started to host in June 2022. Since June 2022, we’ve expanded the site by adding pages and elements to increase sales.

In order to make customers feel more familiar with the company, we introduced elements such as a 30-second homemade video and professional headshots on our ‘about us’ page. I captured a new set of images to use on the company’s website, which reflected its current state and identity, this really brought the company to life. By effectively displaying their products in an accessible and concise way, customers can easily navigate through the website.
