Project overview Midtown Milkhouse A family-run farm based in the village of Caldbeck, a hidden gem in the Northern Lake District. Midtown Milkhouse is a fresh milk vending machine that offers a range of local produce including milk, cheese, meat and baked goods. The family prides itself in diversifying the traditional dairy farm model to create an option for zero-mile food production. The business’s success over the last two years is a testament to the values of this farm and the people who run it. Through digital marketing, it has reached a huge audience of 2.8 million views on the #midtownmilkhouse on Tik Tok and has a following of over 11,000 across multiple social media channels. Project overview The Swinside Inn The Swinside Inn and Rooms, located in the scenic Newlands Valley, has recently announced a fresh beginning under its new family-run ownership. The Anderton Family has worked together since November 2023 to transform the pub into a new and exciting space with cozy charm. The pub features a beer garden with arguably the best views in the lakes and now offers an exciting new menu that celebrates both local and contemporary cuisine. We helped the pub capture the food and the new look of their renovation with photography and assisted them in setting up a brand new website with restaurant and room booking functionality. We have been proud to support In the Vale’s digital presence since the company’s founding in 2020. Watching and supporting their business growth has been a great experience for us. Project overview Midtown Farmstays Nestled in the breathtaking Northern Lake District, Midtown Farmstays is the perfect retreat for holidaymakers. Set up in June 2024, we helped the Hodgson Family in marketing their newly renovated holiday cottage. This included creating branding, capturing new photography, and launching a booking website. Interior Designer Sharron Lomas worked to design the space. Specialising in Biophilic design, Sharron has a remarkable talent for bringing the outside in. Therefore, it was crucial for the brand and imagery to evoke the feeling of the natural elements that inspired the project.
